Ally Hill

Ally qualified as an Introductory Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2004 and passed her Intermediate Junior Level I in 2007.

She co-owned Sarva, a dedicated Iyengar yoga centre in High Wycombe, which she founded with her business partner in 2002 and after 12 years, it closed its doors during August 2014.

Ally has studied with the Iyengar family in India on more than one occassion and has hosted a variety of Senior teachers from all over the world at Sarva, making the most of the opportunity to learn from them.

As well as attending the annual National Iyengar Yoga Convention each year, she also attends professional development days, thus improving her knowledge, understanding and teaching.

Having relocated to the Eton area, Ally is looking forward to building classes and monthly workshops in Windsor and Slough.

Lynne Clapham

Lynne was a professional ballet dancer for more than 14 years, working with the leading dance companies in South Africa.

After leaving the dance world, she retrained into architecture and moved to the UK soon after qualifying.

The discipline and attention to detail of Iyengar Yoga proved appealing and felt familiar to Lynne, and has provided a more holistic, well-balanced approach to keeping her body healthily toned and flexible, whilst repairing residual damage sustained during her ballet career.

Lynne qualified as an Introductory Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2013 and is looking forward to setting up classes and workshops in the Windsor and Slough area, in order to pass on all the benefits she has experienced to others.

Ally's years of experience and Lynne's interest in the philosophical aspects of yoga bring a fresh, holistic approach to their teaching.
